Cayenne pepper offers brilliant glossy hot red fruits with the classic hot chili taste. A long cayenna, typical of the Italian strains. Terrific used fresh or cooked, but one of the most common peppers to dry and crush to add 'heat' to dishes, or hang and dry for decorations and use another day.
